Womb massage is a restorative, hands-on bodywork session centered on the womb and belly, often understood as the first heartbeat of a woman. Rooted in Mayan abdominal massage, lymphatic work, and gentle manual techniques, this session is offered on a mat on the ground for deeper Earth connection.

Bree, your facilitator, learned this practice from traditional Mayan midwives in Guatemala and continues to approach this work with respect for its lineage and origins.

Each session includes:

  • 1 hour of intentional hands-on bodywork

  • Mayan abdominal massage techniques

  • Handcrafted desert-infused body oils

  • Traditional womb and belly binding using fajas crafted by Mayan midwives

Womb massage may support:


• Menstrual regularity & pre menses symptoms 
• Fertility awareness and reproductive health
• Postpartum recovery and gentle toning of the reproductive system after birth (when appropriate)
• Overall pelvic wellness and circulation
• Reduction of recurring imbalance in the vaginal ecosystem
• Stress relief, nervous system regulation

• Ease symptoms of menopause
• Supporting emotional release and processing held in the womb space
• Supporting creativity, inspiration, and creative flow
• Supporting increased sensual awareness and connection to the body


Womb massage is not recommended if you are:


• Pregnant or may be newly pregnant
• Currently menstruating
• Recently postpartum following a C-section or pelvic surgery (without clearance)
• Using an IUD or internal contraceptive device
• Experiencing an active infection, open sores, or blisters in the pelvic area

Please allow 75 minutes for this experience.

Bree Lauren is a board certified holistic wellness coach, birth doula, certified yoga teacher, and accredited plant medicine facilitator. For over a decade, she has been in the healing arts weaving together traditional ceremonial wisdom, science backed therapeutic training, and somatic and integrative wellness practices.
